The 2nd generation generation Japanese Odyssey was different than what was offered in the states. This happens often. Japanese companies would use a different chassis (in this case, Honda Lagreat) as the new model in the US to fit the American needs or due to competition.
The obvious difference is the headlights, but the tail lights look similar as the first gen.
Offered in FF layout, but can be found with AWD.
2.3-3.0L with the 3.0L being a V6.
