My old roommate had a 95 Gold 626. He put some chrome 18s on it as well.
Engine layout was Transverse with 1.8-2.5 KL-ZE V6.
FF layout, I believe this was only in the US. But other places, AWD was an option.
The Coupe was the MX-6, which looks nothing like the 626 and the Hatchback/liftback was also different, but similar. I've also heard that the 626 is also a Capella or Cronos in Japan.
During the Import explosion years, many companies make body kits. Most of those companies are no longer around of make kits for these cars.
